This error is caused by a mismatch between the date and time settings on your PC and the server running Access Document Manager. When one side uses UK date format (DD/MM/YYYY) and the other uses US format (MM/DD/YYYY), dates above the 12th of the month will fail — there is no 15th month in the US format. Ask your IT team to set both your PC and the server to United Kingdom date and time settings. This includes all areas of the operating system, such as region settings, and all relevant servers including IIS and SQL. The keyboard language setting on the server should also be set to UK English.
