This is most likely caused by Adobe not releasing the PDF document after previewing it in the Access Document Launcher window.
The first thing to try is to disable the Enhanced Security options within Adobe Reader.
From within Adobe Reader, in the top menu go to Edit, Preferences, Security(Enhanced)
untick Enable Enhanced Security
Restart Machine
If that does not work we would recommend installing another PDF reader other than Adobe, please speak with your IT regarding this.
