Contact the Access support team with the version number of Access Document Manager you require.
If you have trouble contacting the support team, see Get support in Access Document. If you're unsure of the version number, follow these steps to find it. The ADM version is in the launcher install files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Access Document Management\ADM Launcher. Right-click ADMS Launcher.exe, then click **Properties**. Click the **Details** tab to see the version. If this doesn't reveal the version, repeat the process on the ADMGUIAPI.dll file. Carry out this process on a machine where the ADM launcher is already installed.
