If you're using Single Sign-On for Access Evo, you'll need ADM launcher version 3.10.07 installed. When trying to view documents, you'll be taken to a web browser to log in. If you're using an older version of the ADM Launcher, check whether a Captcha has been flagged against the Access Evo account. Log in to the Access Evo website to see if that clears the issue. If you don't have ADM launcher version 3.10.07, the Access support team will need to help. If you have trouble contacting the support team, see Get support in Access Document.
