To fix this issue try changing the following option in Adobe Reader

Click menu option Edit, Preferences

Click on Categories Security (Enhanced)

- Enable Protected Mode at startup
- Enabled Enhanced Security

- Enable global object security policy

- Open Adobe Reader
- Click menu option Edit, Preferences
- Click on Categories Security (Enhanced)
- Untick the following options
 - Enable Protected Mode at startup
 - Enabled Enhanced Security
- Click on Categories Javascript
- Untick the following options
 - Enable global object security policy
- Click Ok

Error - 'There is problem with Adobe Reader. If it Is Running. Please exit and try again (523:523)'
