Unable to print from Document Manager with Adobe Acrobat

This issue is caused by an error with Adobe Acrobat Reader's plugin, which prevents documents from being printed in a browser. Change these settings in Adobe Acrobat Reader to resolve it:

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  2. Click Edit, then click Preferences.

  3. In the new window, click Security (Enhanced).

  4. In the Sandbox Protections section, clear the Enable Protected Mode at Startup checkbox.

  5. In the Enhanced Security section, clear the Enable Enhanced Security checkbox.

  6. Click OK, then restart Adobe Acrobat Reader.
