Error - 'You need permission to upload documents.'

This issue may be caused by a delay between granting the permission in Access Evo and the update synchronising with the Document application.

If the issue does not resolve after a short while, then you could try removing and reapplying the permission for the user to the Document application.
​
If the issue still persists, then this will need investigating by the Support and Development teams. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
