Error - 'An error has occurred whilst communicating with Access Document Management' when uploading documents

Please log into the following site and ensure the credentials you are using for ADM are correct.

Once your credentials are valid, you can apply these in Dimensions for each user

  1. Click on User Records in the System module

  2. Locate the User, highlight the User

  3. Click Options, set ADM user

    • **NOTE** if you have the ADM Launcher version 3.10.07 installed as the ADM Launcher then you will not be able to use this feature to set the ADM user.

  4. Enter the credentials of the ADM user (Username and Password)

  5. Click on OK to validate and save the credentials

  6. Log out of Dimensions and back in for changes to take affect
