Error: 'An error has occurred whilst communicating with Access Document Management' when uploading documents

This error occurs when the Access Document Management credentials in Dimensions are incorrect. Log in to https://document.accessacloud.com and confirm your credentials are valid. Once confirmed, follow these steps to update them in Dimensions for each affected user.

  1. Click User Records in the System module.

  2. Locate and select the user.

  3. Click Options, then click Set ADM User.

  4. Enter the user's Username and Password.

  5. Click OK to save the credentials.

  6. Log out of Dimensions and log back in for the changes to take effect.

📌 Note: If you have Access Document Manager Launcher version 3.10.07 installed, you cannot use this feature to set the user.
