Obtain a copy of ADM launcher files

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article along with the version number of ADM that you require.

If you're unsure of the version number of ADM then please carry out the following process, which will confirm which version of ADM is required.

The ADM version can be found by looking at the install files for the launcher. C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Access Document Management\ADM Launcher. Right click on ADMS Launcher.exe, select Properties and then Details and it will show the version. If this does not reveal the version, then can carry out the same process against the ADMGUIAPI.dll file instead.

The above process will need to be carried out on a machine where ADM launcher is already installed.
