Error - 'The aCloud Document login details are incorrect' when trying to view documents in Dimensions

If you are using Single sign on for Access Evo then you will need to have the ADM launcher version 3.10.07 installed, you would then get taken to a web browser to log in when trying to view documents.

If you are using an older version of the ADM Launcher, then you may need to check if a CAPTCHA has been flagged against the Access Evo account you are using. Please try logging onto the Access Evo website and seeing if that clears this.

If you do not have the ADM launcher version 3.10.07 files for this, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
