Licences are emailed to you, please check your inbox to make sure you haven't already received it. If your company has an account administrator, they may need to check their inbox.

If you're unable to locate your licence key, our support team will need to liaise with the Despatch team. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Access Document.
