Documents processed by the watch folder are not visible in the Accounts database

This is likely caused by your watch folder settings.

  1. Log in to the ADM client.

  2. Click System Control, click Document Processing, then click Watched Folders.

  3. Select the relevant watch folder, then click Edit.

  4. Click the Documentation Destination tab.

  5. Ensure the Default tag values are set correctly to pick up from barcodes or file names.
