Documents in ADM are controlled by user group permissions. If some users can view documents and others cannot, those users are likely not members of the correct user group. Follow the steps below to check folder permissions.
Open the ADM client and log in with an admin account.
In System Control, click Folder Structure, then click Manage Structure.
You will see a list of folders and where transaction types are stored. Permissions on these folders are inherited from higher folders, so browse through the folder structure until you find the relevant transaction type.
Select the folder and click Edit Folder.
Select the Permissions tab. This shows a list of all user groups and their permissions. Any group with View permission can see documents inside the folder.
Once you have identified which user groups can view the documents, check whether the affected users are members of that user group.
Click System Control, click User Settings, then click Manage Groups.
Select the user group that can view these documents and click Edit Group.
Click the Members tab. This shows a list of users in the group.
If the affected users are not in this group, add them by clicking Add User and selecting the user from the list.
