Error - 'Cannot open database "ADM" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user 'sa'.'

This error is caused by the SA password not being recognised by the server when trying to connect to the ADM database.

Please ask your IT to confirm the SA password stored in the web.config file in the IIS folder on the web server is correct.

If this is changed, then they would then need to restart the ADM service. This should start the service again and you can log in successfully.
