Error - 'The requested service, [X] could not be activated'

This error usually indicates a memory issue (or lack of) on the ADM Web server.

To fix this you will need to instruct your IT team to look into the Resource (amount of RAM) available on the Web Server.
​
In order to function properly, IIS and the Application Pool for the ADM Web service requires at the very minimum 5% of the Total Memory available.
​
As a failsafe, if you are able to a reboot of the Web Server will likely solve most issues, as this will release any memory held by other applications or services
