Cannot view/upload documents

The issue could be related to Access Evo Permissions to Access Document: Please ask your Access Evo Administrator with administration rights to check if you have permission to Access Document Access Evo Role.

It may be that your permission needs to be granted or refreshed.

Your Access Evo Administrator can this this by following the steps below:

  1. Clicking Members within Access Evo

  2. Search for the user with the issue

  3. Click the 3 dots at the top right of their name box and click Manage Roles

  4. Under Documents, check if they are a selection other than No Access

  5. Regardless of the permission, change them to No Access and save.

  6. Now reopen and select the same permission as before and save.

  7. This will refresh their permissions and they will now be able to view/upload documents.

IF the problem is that, simply nothing happens when you click View/Attach Document on a transaction, it could relate to a browser/environmental problem.

It is therefore recommended that you clear your browser cache (Shift + F5), and close/log out of all Access Evo apps to refresh. Or otherwise try an alternative browser.
