Error: 'Invalid User Account Details entered'

Access Evo two-factor authentication can prevent connections from third-party applications such as FocalPoint. Disabling 2FA for the account may resolve this. First, confirm the correct account is being used. You can also update the account under the user's ADM login in Dimensions (some versions of ADM linked to Access Evo Document do not require this — a message appears if so):

  1. Click the System tab.

  2. Click User Records.

  3. Click Set ADM User.

  4. Enter your Access Workspace credentials and click OK.

If the credentials are correct but the error persists, the account may be locked and requires a Captcha to be completed. Log in at https://identity.accessacloud.com to complete the Captcha, then try ADM again. This error can also occur if the user does not have the correct document role in Access Workspace. To grant the role:

  1. Log in to Access Evo as an administrator at https://go.accessacloud.com.

  2. In the top right, click the Members menu.

  3. Search for the member by typing the first few characters of their name.

  4. Click the three-dot menu on the member's name card.

  5. Click Manage Roles.

  6. Under the Document option, assign the relevant document role.

  7. Click Save.
