Error: 'Invalid User Account Details entered'

Access Evo Two Factor Authentication can cause problems with connections from outside of Access Evo — for example, FocalPoint — so disabling this may resolve the issue. First, check the account being used is correct. You can also apply a different account under the user's ADM login details in Dimensions (some versions of ADM linked to Access Evo Document do not require this information, and a message will appear to that effect):

  1. Click the System tab.

  2. Click User Records.

  3. Click Set ADM User.

  4. Enter your aCloud account details and click OK.

If you know the account details are correct and are still seeing this message, the account has likely been locked and needs a Captcha to be solved. Log in at https://identity.accessacloud.com to complete the Captcha. After this, log in to ADM and the error will no longer appear. This can also occur if the user does not have the correct document role. If so, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Access Evo as an admin user (https://go.accessacloud.com )

  2. In the top right, click the Members menu.

  3. To find a member, in the Search field, type the first few characters of a name.

  4. Click the 3 dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.

  5. Click Manage Roles.

  6. Under the document option, give access to the relevant document role.

  7. Click Save.
