The error occurs with Cloud based Access Document Management (ADM) and can often be resolved by refreshing log in information in two places:
Access Evo:
In a web browser (preferably Google Chrome) go to https://identity.accessacloud.com/ . This can also be accessed by typing go.accessacloud.com into the address box.
Enter the appropriate Email address and click Next.
Enter the password and also take the required action for the Captcha "I am not a Robot" message which may appear.
Once the Access Evo account has been successfully accessed, retry the link in the affected application.
Access Dimensions User Records:
On the System tab, click User Records.
Locate and select the affected User.
In the main ribbon, click Options.
Click Set ADM User.
Type the relevant password and click OK.
Note: Often just refreshing the Access Evo account will clear the issue.
