This Error is likely to only occur if you are using the ADM Network Services to upload in bulk from a Watch Folder, or you are using Access Capture to upload documents to ADM from the Invoice in Capture.

At this time we believe the issue is caused by Load Balance servers trying to find a file which exists/or has been uploaded to one server (server A), which it is trying to locate on the other server (server B).
Development have established a workaround (a temporary solution) to this issue, by disabling the Load Balancing server and rerouting all traffic through one server.
This may mean a slight decrease in overall speed/performance. However is only a temporary measure and it means that you will not loose any documents.
