This error appears when your Access Evo account has access to the Document application but your permissions within it don't allow access to any specific folders. Check the following prerequisites:
You must be part of an Access Evo organisation which has signed up for Access Document.
You must have accepted your Access Evo Invitation (you cannot be a pending or deactivated user).
You must have been given the proper permissions (Member roles) to Access Evo. Application Document (you should 'not' have No Access as the Role setup for your Access Evo user).
If the correct role is applied, try changing it, and then resetting to refresh the permissions.
Once all the above are in place, open Document from the 9-dot menu in Access Evo to view and file documents (subject to permissions). If you still see the error, ask your Access Evo Administrator to check your folder permissions in Access Document:
In Access Evo click the 9-dot menu, followed by Document to launch the Document application.
Click Documents.
This will open the Access Document folder structure, loading by default to the root folder (the Parent).
Click the Actions menu on the folder, then click Edit Permissions to view the folder permissions.
From here you can Add User or Add Group to the permissions, and configure the permissions on a **View**, **Add**, **Delete** or other permission basis.
You will only be adding permissions to this folder. It does not filter down to sub-folders.
If there are multiple folders, apply permissions to each one individually.
If none of the above works, the Access support team will need to investigate. If you have trouble contacting the support team, see Get support in Access Document.
