Cannot view or upload documents

This issue is often related to Access Evo permissions. Ask your Access Evo Administrator to confirm you have the correct Access Document role. Your permission may need to be granted or refreshed. Your Access Evo Administrator can do this by following these steps:

  1. Click Members in Access Evo.

  2. Search for the user with the issue.

  3. Click the 3 dots at the top right of their name box and click Manage Roles

  4. Under Documents, check that the role is set to something other than No Access.

  5. Regardless of the current role, change it to No Access and click Save.

  6. Reopen and select the same role as before, then click Save.

  7. This refreshes their permissions and they will now be able to view or upload documents.

If nothing happens when you click View/Attach Document on a transaction, this may be a browser issue. Clear your browser cache (Shift + F5), close or log out of all Access Evo applications, or try an alternative browser.

Issue: Attachments Not Visible in Approval Items

If the document viewer does not display attachments for approval items, it may be due to authentication requirements.

Resolution:

  1. Open the document in question.

  2. When prompted, enter your workspace credentials (e.g., Evo credentials).

  3. After successful authentication, you should be able to access and view the attached invoice document.
