Unable to log into ADM Client Since It Moved To Citrix

To fix this issue: Confirm URL of the ADM webservice by the following steps:

  1. Log into Supply Chain.Click System tab.

    • Click Application Configuration menu option.

    • Click on System Configuration.

    • Note down contents of field URL ADM Web Service field. Note if localhost is in the URL. It will need to be replace by the DNS name of the server that Supply Chain is running on.

  2. Then try log into the ADM Client with that URL
