Documents are going from the Watchfolder to ADM but are not visible in the Accounts database

Updated yesterday

This will be down to your watch folder settings

  1. Log into ADM

  2. Go to System Control, Document Processing, Watched Folders

  3. Select watch folder in question and edit

  4. Go to Documentation Destination tab

  5. Make sure that Default tag values are set correctly to pick up from Barcodes/Files names as appropriate.
