Documents are stuck as processing

There a few things that can cause this, The first of which is that the file type is incorrect. Make sure the files that you are putting in the folder are of the right type to match your Watch Folder settings. If you are using barcodes then make sure you are entering .Tif/.Tiff files when using barcodes.

If you are using .tif files and they are getting stuck then make sure that compression settings on the file are either Blank, LZW or CCITT, Please note that JPEG compression type is not supported by Access Document/ADM

If you are still having issues then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please attach to the case a copy of a file that is not being added as expected.
