This issue occurs when the URL for the ADM web service contains 'localhost', which does not resolve correctly in a Citrix environment. Follow these steps to find and update the URL.
Confirm the URL of the ADM web service by following these steps:
Log in to Supply Chain, then click the System tab.
Click Application Configuration.
Click System Configuration.
Note the contents of the URL ADM Web Service field. If it contains 'localhost', replace it with the DNS name of the server that Supply Chain is running on.
Log in to the ADM client using that URL.
