This is likely caused by the URL that FocalPoint is using to connect to ADM. You may need assistance from your IT department. First, find the ADM URL that FocalPoint is using in Dimensions:
Log in to the affected database in Dimensions.
Click System, then click Options.
Click System, then click Control Options.
Under the Records tab, note the URL of ADM webservice.
Check that FocalPoint can access the URL.
Log on to the IIS server where FocalPoint is running.
Open a web browser.
Paste the URL you noted earlier and try to open the page.
If you see a connection error instead of a user management page, contact your IT department to investigate why this URL is not accessible on the server.
