You can enter the Access Document Manager (ADM) unlock code through the ADM client. If the unlocks have already expired and the grace period has passed, the unlock window appears immediately on login. Otherwise, follow these steps after logging in:
In the top left, click the ADM icon.
Click About.
On the Registration tab, click Change.
Enter the new unlocks.
If you use hosted Access Document Manager, also known as Workspace Document, log in at https://document.accessacloud.com with your email address. You do not need to enter unlocks manually — this is managed centrally.
