Documents filed in Dimensions do not appear on the same record in FocalPoint

The Access support team will need access to the ADM Administrator to resolve this. They may also need to investigate, run scripts, or liaise with the hosting or development teams. If you have trouble contacting the support team, see Get support in Access Document.

Include the following when you contact support:

  • Details of how to replicate where in FocalPoint this is happening.

  • Details of how to see the ADM document appearing on the same record in Dimensions.

  • Depending on the type of Access Document Manager being used:

    • Access to the local ADM administrator user (normally UserName:ADM Password:ADM)

    • Impersonation privileges on Access Document Workspace Administrator user.
