Documents on invoices do not appear on the transaction for some users

Documents can take a short time to become visible if scanned from other sources. Check back after a few minutes. If only some users are affected, those users may not have the correct permissions in Access Document. The member permissions will need to be set as Web Access to enable viewing of documents in Approve. Ask your workspace administrator to check this.
