Follow these steps to set up a new Access Document user in both Dimensions and Access Evo.
Create a new user in Dimensions, and ensure the email address is entered.
Depending on your version of Dimensions, you may also need to select the Access Evo user checkbox in the record settings.
Create an Access Evo user with the same email address.

Give the new user access to Access Document.
