Documents have not come through from Access Capture

If documents have not been attached to transactions, then please check that these documents have reached ADM.
If the documents have not reached ADM, then the documents will need to be manually attached to the transaction.

If the documents sent from Access Capture are present within ADM but are not appearing when attempting to view them through a transaction, then our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Access Document.
