Is the user using Workspace Document or Access Document Management? You can confirm this by following these steps:
Log in to your Dimensions account.
Click System, then click Options.
Click System Control Options.
Note the URL of the ADM web service.
If the URL is https://document.accessacloud.com, you are using Workspace Document. Otherwise, you are using Access Document Management (ADM).
If the user goes to another website such as www.bbc.co.uk, is it slow?
