Log in to the Access Document Manager Administrator and confirm your licence is valid. If it has expired, a prompt appears on login to request a new licence — email [email protected] to request one. If your licence is valid, the error is likely caused by a Windows update on your IIS server. The following Windows Server 2012 updates are known to cause this issue:
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4565635).
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4565613).
