'You need permission to upload documents' error

This issue may be caused by a delay between granting the permission in Access Evo and the update synchronising with the Document application.

If the issue does not resolve after a short while, try removing and reapplying the permission for the user to the Document application.

If the issue still persists, the Access support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. If you have trouble contacting the support team, see Get support in Access Document.
