You can delete a document in two stages: first move it to the recycle bin, then purge it permanently. Purging requires administrator access. Delete the documents from either the ADM launcher or the ADM client to move them to the Document recycle bin.
Log in to the ADM client, then under the Documents tab select the documents.
Click Delete.
While these documents are marked as deleted, the underlying files remain and are still recoverable. To permanently remove them, an administrator must purge the documents. To do the final purge:
Log in to the ADM client as an administrator.
Click System Control, then click File Storage.
Click Document Recovery/Purge.
Use the By Date or By User filters, then click Find.
From the list of deleted documents that appears, select all that you want to purge.
Click Purge, then read the warning.
Click Yes to confirm the purge.
