Documents remain stuck in a processing state

Documents can get stuck if the file type doesn't match your watch folder settings. Check that files in the folder match the configured file type. If you're using barcodes, use .tif or .tiff files. For .tif files that get stuck, check the compression setting is Blank, LZW, or CCITT — JPEG compression is not supported. If the issue persists, the Access support team will need to investigate.
